Cut The Bullshit. Share Your Story.
Well hello there. (Ok, imagine I’ve just turned around in a swivel chair, I’ve got a cigar in one hand and a glass of scotch in the other. Just play along ok?)
As I was saying, we’re a podcast production, consulting, and management company focused on building relationships and telling stories through sound. As you might have gathered, we think a bit differently around here, and work exclusively with others who apply the same mindset to whatever it is they do.
We believe that what audiences want is authentic, real connection with the people and brands they interact and do business with, and that storytelling is the best way to achieve this.
So drop the pretense, cut the special effects and over the top production. Open up your brand’s heart and soul to your clients and customers, and reap the rewards of true, real connection.
Who We Are
Hey, I’m Jeremy! I started Ascetic Productions back in 2011 (wow time flies!) as a vehicle for expressing my own stories through music, and helping bring to life the vision of other musicians and sonic storytellers.
I’ve had the fortune of working with some incredibly talented people on some really fun and rewarding projects. One thread that has consistently tied together the projects I’ve chosen to work on has been the clarity of the voice of the artist. I love working with people who have something to say, a message that has to find it’s way out of them one way or another.
These days I specialize in the world of podcasting, as a consultant, producer, editor – and overall fanboy. My team and I can walk you through every stage of your podcast’s production, so you can focus on what really matters: Your Story.
No matter what form your story takes, be it a podcast, audio documentary, audio book, or something else entirely, if you’re passionate about sharing your sound waves with the world, I wanna help you change the world with them. Seriously, podcasting changed my life and I know it has the power to do the same for others.
So let’s crank up the mics and get down to business shall we?
How Our Process Works
How Would You Rather Spend Your Weekends?
Monthly Editing Packages
* These packages are based around a weekly release schedule. If you have a show that releases on a different schedule, get in touch with us and we can come up with a custom package that suits your release schedule! Don’t worry you still get the high fives when your podcast kills it out there 😉
New Show Setup
No experience setting up a podcast? No worries! Our team will get you up and running no matter where you’re at in your podcasting journey. Add this package to a monthly production plan, or take it and run with it yourself. Either way, we’ll get your story out there in no time!
We’re thrilled to offer a one month, fun-filled, happiness guaranteed (huzzah!) editing package to help you decide if we’re the right partners to help to tell your story, grow your audience, and take over the world.
If, at any time over the course of your first month you decide that it’s just not a great fit, no worries! Those episodes are on us, and we’ll help you find a service that better suits you and your story. No hard feelings!
Podcasting? Music? Storytelling?
I love talking with other people who are passionate about what they do, and believe that through their craft, they can change the world.
Whatever your project is, get in touch and together we can discuss your vision, and what it’s going to take to make it the absolute BEST it can be!
Contact forms are a bit silly, if not downright annoying amirite?
Why don’t you just push that big red button down there instead to send us an email directly.
Besides, how often do you actually get to push the big red button?? Don’t worry, this isn’t the same red button that initiates the studio self destruct. At least… I don’t think it is… Oh boy.

Oh, and one more thing.
Podcasters are pretty much the greatest demographic of people on the planet. You know it, I know it, literally EVERYBODY knows it! (well, not literally literally, but you know what I mean…)
That’s why we’ve created the Cut The Bullshit Podcasting Community on Facebook.
It’s completely free, and is a great way to meet other podcasters, share your insights, setbacks, and experiments, ask questions and get answers from others who have been there before, or are currently going through the same thing as you.
So crank up your mic and get in there!
